The Department of Planning, Budget and Performance under the Ministry of Finance is responsible for annual planning, efficient resource allocation, and performance monitoring. It plays a key role in formulating national budgets and policies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with development priorities.

Divisions
DPBP comprises four divisions grouped by sector: Social and Culture, Economic and Communication, Local Government, and Autonomous and Constitutional. Each division performs core functions to offer one-window service. The IT section supports all divisions.

General Support Services
ICT and Pool Division
This division looks after the following:
- Formulate and develop new and revise existing MYRB systems
- Develop and implement network system and user security requirements
- Monitor and report on network traffic, usage and performance
- Facilitate budget formulation through various phases of MYRB system, etc.
- Receive/Dispatch mails and assist office
